Prior
to sending any product to MPI, you will require a Return Material
Authorization Number (RMA).
Please
call/fax/email customer service and a number will be assigned
to your return.
All
packages returned must be clearly marked with this RMA number.

note the reason for the return and whether for credit or repair.
Return
for Credit
Must
be within 30 days.
Must
be in perfect condition.
A
minimum $50 inspection fee will be charged.
Please
also indicate the reason for the return.
Warranty
Repair
Each
product that is returned for repair under warranty has to be accompanied
by a reasonably detailed description of the problem. Once received
the product will be investigated in order to determine why the
product does not comply with the specifications. We will then
determine if it is a warranty issue, or caused by normal wear
or abuse.

Warranty Repairs

MELT PRESSURE offers a comprehensive service and repair department.
Repairs can be performed on most manufacturers transducers, transmitters
and electronic instruments. All repairs are backed with a 1 year
guarantee against manufacturing defects on the repair.
After
the product is received, the product will be evaluated in order
to determine the cost and time needed for the repair. Repair costs
typically range from 10% to 60% of the price of a new model, and
include a 1 year warranty. Products which cannot be repaired are
good for a 40% credit towards a new purchase.
